About Infosys Financial Services Alliances:
Infosys Financial Services alliances team is a dedicated team responsible for building partnerships and supporting the revenue growth of the Financial Services sales organization and directly reporting to the Global Head of Banking and Financial Services. Currently the team works with around 15-20 strategic partners and another 60+ emerging partner relationships. Our portfolio of partners consists of Domain Specific partnerships (Banking, RegTech, Risk and Compliance, Capital Markets, and Cards & Payments etc.) as well as Domain Specific Solutions of Tech Partners.

Role Description:
Infosys is seeking a Client Partner (Alliance Sales Director), Financial Services. An Alliance Sales Director at Infosys Financial Services Alliances team is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with key ISVs and technology partners.

Location: Sydney/Melbourne

Rsponsibilities:
• Relationship Management: End-to-end ownership of alliance relationships, ensuring successful collaboration between Infosys and its partners.
• Sales and Strategy: Engaging with sales teams to communicate Infosys' capabilities and identify target accounts for various services, mainly around Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Technology, Cards & Payments, Capital Markets and Banking.
• Pipeline Management: Coordinating with sales leaders to manage the alliance pipeline and ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Technical and Sales Enablement: Developing go-to-market strategies and providing technical and sales support to ensure successful positioning of solutions to customers.
• Liaison Role: Acting as a bridge between Infosys and partner teams for specific account-level discussions and engagements.
• This role requires strong sales, relationship management, and strategy skills, along with experience in alliance management and executing go-to-market plans.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in alliances, sales, relationship management, or account management.
• Alliance Management: Proven experience in managing alliance relationships and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with experience in integrated solutions and partner-based selling.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific go-to-market solutions and experience with RFPs/proposal responses.
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

• Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
