Job Description
Infosys is seeking Business Analysts with in-depth experiences in Investment banking and/or Wealth and Asset Management domain.
In the role of a ENDUR BA, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Your role
• Analyze BAU Requirements and define technical requirements for ENDUR enhancements
• Define and implement ENDUR upgrade requirements
• Define and implement process improvements that result in significant improvements in organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and coach junior ENDUR developers and help build an offshore ENDUR CoE team
• Strategic Solution Proposals for ENDUR considering business challenges.
• User Access Management, Audit & monitoring the Controls.
• Build and Maintain strong customer relationship with a drive to achieve client satisfaction.
• Good Experience in customer presentations, good in understanding and analyzing business and functional requirements. Flexible and versatile to adapt to any new environment.
• Analyzing differences in numbers (reports) and explaining the differences would be added plus.
Required
- Strong experience in ENDUR implementation or BAU projects
- Good domain knowledge in one of the below areas across front, mid and back office
✓ Capital Markets
✓ Energy Trading
✓ Commodity Trading - Good understanding of ETRM / CTRM systems and experience in position & risk management, exposure, mark to market, P&L, settlements, pricing etc
- Good experience with configuration of pricing, templates, workflows and reports
- Experience with out of the box product development
- High level understanding of trading operations across Front, Mid and Back office
- Good communication skills and should be a good team player
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign offs based on business objectives
- Experience in agile project delivery
- Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
- Generate innovative approaches to solving existing problems or for new opportunities
- Team management experience in an offshore - onshore model
