PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Help customers with complaints and questions.
-Give customers information about their orders.
-Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.

This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
