SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Overall responsibility for Comet administration activities.
Work location: Hong Kong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Comet administration including the following:
- Set up new & existing Comet jobs for Infosys/3rd Parties.
- Perform Comet job modifications and deletions.
- Fulfil requests for Comet job information
- Troubleshoot and resolve Comet job failures.
- liaise with Comet dev team.
- Handle escalations from L1 CSC agents.
- Train/Mentor L1 CSC agents.
- Create and maintain CSC knowledge docs.
- File transmission expertise.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers in a business environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skillset.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems.
