Infosys is seeking Senior CTMS BA with proven requirement gathering skills and have experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; define the problem, propose and create the solution; also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution; and will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate can work from Anywhere in USA but MUST work in EST time zone. The preferred work location is Hartford CT and Bridgewater NJ, for this position and candidate must relocate to Hartford CT or Bridgewater NJ. This position may require travel in the USA.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor any visa at this time.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D
- Have done BA and consulting engagements around Pharma Veeva CDMS, Veeva ClinOps, Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Quality ,Veeva RIM, Veeva Vault Platform functions and is able to drive workshops, develop and present point of view and generate new business via RFP responses and Oral participation.
- Good command on Life Science R&D Domain Business Functions
- Experience in Veeva configuration and customization understanding
- Experience in Veeva configuration and customization (development)
- Experience in Veeva Vault configuration
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to manage technology and performance testing.
- Familiarity with software development methodology such as Agile/Scrum
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Understanding of medical affairs processes as relevant to sales and marketing
- Knowledge & Exposure to other areas of Pharmaceutical business areas would be an added advantage.
- Nice to have experience on previous version of IQVIA products that were like Cegedim's Nexus MI , ASG 360 from Polaris
