About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chatbot Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbot technologies. You will be responsible for training and fine-tuning chatbots to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and test chat dialog flows
    • Train and fine-tune chatbot models using advanced NLP techniques.
    • Experiment with different model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance.
  • Plan, build and prompt LLM modules

    • Collaborate with developers to integrate trained models into the chatbot platform.
    • Assist in the development of chatbot flows and dialogues.
  • Updating content and functions based on user feedback
    • Monitor chatbot performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Continuously refine and update training data and models.
    • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and chatbot technologies.
  • Learning product and customer processes and translating them into questions and answers.
  • Work at the interface between product, UX, IT and customer service
  • Take responsibility for planning own tasks in sprints
  • Work in agile teams
  • Take risks by testing ideas for new ways to solve problems

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong hands-on experience in working with chatbots. Experience with Boost AI is an advantage but not a requirement.
    • Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including intent classification, entity recognition, and dialogue management.
    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
    • Experience with chatbot platforms and tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).
    • Knowledge of dialog-driven user interfaces and user experience
    • Expertise in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript counts positively
    • Knowledge of API development and integration
    • Focus on quality assurance and error correction
    • Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
    • Fluent Norwegian Language skills- Spoken and written
    • Basic analytical understanding. Experience with statistical methods is a plus
    • Ability to adapt and learn new technology as needed
