Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst in Capital Markets Domain with Middle office experience. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Experience as a BA with Middle Office knowledge and experience in capital markets.
- Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and software development
- At least 6 years of hands on experience as a BA in a Middle Office.
- Engage with stakeholders from the middle office, such as risk management, compliance, and trade support teams, to gather detailed requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL queries.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Use Cases that capture the middle office's needs.
- Identify gaps between current processes/systems and desired future state, proposing improvements and optimizations.
- Map out and optimize middle office processes, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that middle office processes adhere to regulatory standards and assist in implementing necessary changes.
- Define system requirements for middle office applications, ensuring they meet the needs of trade processing, risk management, and reporting.
- Develop and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate that system enhancements or new implementations meet business needs.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with middle office users and provide training on new systems or process changes.
- Assist in project planning, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and managing resources.
- Act as a liaison between middle office teams, IT, front office, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Regularly report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving middle office-related issues, coordinating with various teams to find solutions.
