Our Impact:

The I&CM Strategic Change team facilitates the implementation of I&CM's business priorities and change management activities as it pertains to business processes, business strategies, regulatory changes, or changes to the products or services offered on the market and / or to internal partners. This is done in a well-controlled manner and in compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the team coordinates I&CM's evaluation of impacts for projects in other divisions. This is not an IT project management role.

Your Impact:

  • Supporting and executing project management for change efforts, managing timelines and results for successful implementation
  • Working with key project stakeholders in I&CM and with business partners across the firm
  • Developing or improving processes and procedures
  • Facilitating I&CM risk and impact assessments for new strategic change projects across the firm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's Degree preferred) and 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Project/program management and change management execution experience
  • Proven success in managing business initiatives through implementation in a well-governed and controlled manner
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Ability to facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems and establish business processes
  • Capital markets and/or GSE knowledge or experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills required; MS Project skills preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
