- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3+ years of work experience
- Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions
- Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry and business
- Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment

- Experience independently leading portfolios and mining
- Experience providing market development, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis
