Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Provo, UT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of overall IT experience.
Experience in defining and documenting customer business functions and processes.
Experience in Consulting with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business
needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and
levels of systems access.
Experience in acting as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and other governmental organizations in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of case management systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
Experience in analyzing the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
Tracks and fully documents change for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally
understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and assists in the
preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or
management reviews of court-wide significant or specific to a court division
Researches and prepares statistical reports using data from court computer systems and internal surveys
Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court
business rules, functions and requirements.
Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
Develops training curriculum and conducts formal training sessions covering assigned systems module.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
