Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst. In the role of Technology Business Analyst, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. This position is based in Omaha, NE. Candidate can work remotely from anywhere within the US during EST time zone. This position may require relocation and or travel to project location.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of IT experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with MYSQL, POSTMAN, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI
- Certification in Business Analysis/project management (e.g., CAPM, CBAP).
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.
- Create process models, workflows, and diagrams to support business analysis.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
