Infosys is looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have 9+ years of relevant experience and be able to demonstrate success through the pre-sales and proposals submission process.
Position Description:
As the Bid Manager you will have prime responsibility for end-to-end Bid Management. You will also:
- Be responsible for compliance and quality of proposals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and facilitate contract reviews.
- Participate in solution & price discussions and make recommendations for structuring deals.
- Facilitate reviews and perform pricing analysis.
- Perform win-loss analysis.
- Plan and coordinate client visits.

Required Qualifications:
- 9 - 12 years of experience in pre-sales and able to exhibit knowledge of project delivery principles and frameworks.
- Experience taking end-to-end bottom-line individual responsibility for managing pursuits.
- Knowledge of pricing models
- Exhibit proficiency in analyzing market and industry trends, and competition nuances.
- Knowledge of pursuit process, competition knowledge, knowledge of approaches/solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. Candidate's that have completed a Master's degree program strongly preferred.

- Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
