Associate Partner- Utilities SAP Finance - Infosys Consulting Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Utilities practice.
About the Role:
You will be part of the North American leadership team for Utilities, working with current consulting leadership and sales to execute on growth and delivery strategies, and helping to recruit and build high performing teams. You will also lead or participate on client teams that will be responsible for problem definition, solution design, development and deployment for major transformation initiatives.

As a thought leader in the Power Utilities domain, with a focus on SAP S/4 Finance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 Finance and specific functionalities designed for North American Utilities. Should have performed similar roles and have interacted with controllers, CFOs and other senior executives in the finance organization.

This job requires skills and experience in the following areas:
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules including GL, AR/AP, AA, PPM etc
  • Proficient in SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools
  • Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
  • Project execution employing a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides senior leadership for major transformation programs.
  • Ensures excellence in project management and execution from project managers.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Serves as mentor to junior staff and participates in firm-wide activities that drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm culture.
  • Support account management/sales in business development and sales meetings.
  • Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present at orals for transformation engagements.
  • Develop and mentor utilities consultants.
  • Provide thought leadership to enhance tools, templates and IP for Infosys Consulting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • 12 + years of experience in business process consulting in Finance for North American Utilities
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with a top-tier consulting organization.
  • Advanced degree from top-tier university.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates are as indicated below:
$210000 to $305000
