Associate Partner- Utilities- Infosys Consulting Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Utilities practice.
About the Role:
You will be part of the North American leadership team for Utilities, working with current consulting leadership and sales to execute on growth and delivery strategies, and helping to recruit and build high performing teams. You will also lead or participate on client teams that will be responsible for problem definition, solution design, development and deployment for major transformation initiatives.

As a thought leader in the Power Utilities domain, which includes Distributed Energy Resources and Non-Conventional Energy, you will be a key advisor to solution design reviews, and will be on point to help clients define and realize expected value. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the rapidly transforming business model of the utilities industry.

This job requires skills and experience in the following areas:
  • Customer Information Systems for utilities, with a preference for SAP and Oracle solutions, and/or
  • Meter Data Management, AMI, and grid modernization.
  • Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
  • Project execution employing a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides senior leadership for major transformation programs.
  • Ensures excellence in project management and execution from project managers.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Serves as mentor to junior staff and participates in firm-wide activities that drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm culture.
  • Support account management/sales in business development and sales meetings.
  • Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present at orals for transformation engagements.
  • Develop and mentor utilities consultants.
  • Provide thought leadership to enhance tools, templates and IP for Infosys Consulting.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • 12 + years of experience in business process consulting or direct utilities industry experience.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and/or national client locations.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
  • Should have done at least 5 end to end CIS transformations in Tier-1 utilities in North America

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with a top-tier consulting organization.
  • Advanced degree from top-tier university.
Estimated annual compensation will be $210000 to $305000
