Key Requirements:
- We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who has a proven track record of selling IT services (both application and infra), Cloud based SaaS platforms in Singapore
- Candidate must have exposure to new business development with CXO connects and have sold to FS clients in Singapore
- Should have excellent communication and analytical skills to understand client-side requirements and then articulate our value proposition in an effective manner. The ability to display proactive approach and work in an unstructured environment is a must.
- Should have experience working in offshore global delivery model
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree in business management
- Bachelors in Degree in Engineering from a reputed institute/university
- Knowledge of Banking Domain/ Financial Services and able to do first level presentation on products, platforms and services to client and prospects.
- Direct Sales and account management experience around banking applications (i.e. casa, deposits, loans, trade, cash mgmt.), front end digital channels.
- Must have a deep understanding and successful track record of managing and closing contract negotiations for platforms, products and services projects.
- Must have managed end-to-end sales cycle and won multi-year $5Mn+ contracts
- Candidate should be able to work with partners and drive the business strategy for assigned accounts.
The role involves farming of existing financial services accounts in Singapore
What will you do?
- Preparing account maps, account planning & review
- Prepare target account opening plans
