Your role
• Design and manage complex data migration projects
• Implement and manage ARIS cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the implementation of ARIS Process Governance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks for process documentation and standardization across the organization.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize database performance for ARIS repositories, including indexing, query optimization, and storage management.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs to extend ARIS functionalities and integrate with other business applications.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure ARIS BPM solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular audits and health checks of the ARIS environment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
• Providing architectural solutions, design, technical consulting using ARIS BPM tool
• Understand product pitfalls and where can be fit better and used effectively
• Apply BPM concepts with surrounding landscape systems and technologies
• Support platform selection, HW, SW selection processes, Pilot studies
• Determine implementation best practices across all projects
• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues
• Liaise with Vendor support team for patch and version upgrade of ARIS env.
• Co-ordinate with internal IT team for DB patch security etc. and version ugprade
• Support for changes in ARIS Infrastructure
• Support for dialogue with the vendor team
• Plan release and change management with vendor team for all ARIS env.
• Assuring operation of servers including technical administration
• Collaboration with internal IT infrastruture team to assure operatability of the system in case of IT changes
• Proactive resolution in case of server problems; troubleshooting
• Builds prototypes of the software using best practices and provide to team as a reusable interface
• Ensure the implementation is complying to the enterprise guidelines and software standards in terms of integration with other services and infrastructure
• Carry out rationalization of the objects within the ARIS DB on adhoc basis
• Responsible to manage the Change and Release Management for data, and config, DB etc. across the ARIS environments
• Ensure that all the ARIS instances are up and running as per the business hours
• Hands on experience of the full life cycle implementation of BPM projects using ARIS
• Creation and administration of global ARIS Database for the client
• Responsible for User Management, User groups creation
• Configures and manages filters, templates

Required:
• Hands on experience of working as ARIS Administrator.
• Experience and knowledge of managing ARIS tool DB, servers etc.
• Experience of a working in an operational business environment.
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment - demonstrable ability to adapt to different cultures
• Experience of working on different ARIS Admin functionality like,
o DB management, fliter and template management
o User & License management
o Configuration management
o Ongoing maintenance of library objects
o Granting and revoking access to ARIS
o Manage function and access privileges for the Users
• Experience of implement Release and Change management
• Aware of ARIS integration with other third party applications
• Knowledge of the ARIS custom scripting and reports

Preferred:
• Knowledge of IT service management and service related analytical practices
• Educated to degree level preferred
• Qualification of ITIL/ ITSM certification desirable
• Good understanding of Process Architecture
• Have knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Good understanding of process hierarchy
