SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Overall responsibility for CSC service and deliverables.
Work location: Hong Kong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of functional manager/ Level 2 supervisor.
- Escalation points for functional manager/ Level 2 supervisor.
- Management of the CSC Operations Manager.
- Monitor and supervise CSC Level 1 & 2 resources and Comet activities.
- Escalate Incidents reported from CSC Service Desk or External Authorized Users
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to obtain key servicing metrics and Service Levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
