About the Role
The Demand Generation Associate will manage marketing campaigns and automated journeys to support iCapital’s products and educational offerings. Responsibilities include campaign development, execution, and performance optimization using platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The role also involves implementing personalization strategies and multi-channel workflows to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

- Develop, schedule, and track targeted marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing orchestration tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of email campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams on campaign details, segmentation, and performance.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies to enhance campaign relevance.
- Design and implement automated marketing workflows, including onboarding and nurturing campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance using AI and business intelligence tools.
- Develop post-event content nurture streams and automate manual email initiatives.
- Create a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication with prospects and customers.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Provide executional support for ABM programs, including the development and implementation of targeted account-based marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies, including nurturing streams and journeys, to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Support messaging and execution of on-platform notifications and tours to guide the user journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM requirements
- Proven experience in B2B email marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Excellent project management skills with acute attention to accuracy and quality
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients
- Familiar with financial markets and intellectual curiosity about the industry
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
