製造• 流通業界のお客様担当営業を募集しております。お客様の変革をテクノロジーで実現する役割を担っていただきます。
業務内容
テクノロジー事業本部の営業は、IBM製品やサービスをお客様社内の業務効率化だけなく、お客様の競争力を強化する手段としてご活用いただけるよう、活動する職種です。また、製品やサービスをご紹介するだけでなく、経営層からご担当者様まで多くの方々と信頼関係を構築し、会社対会社のリレーション構築を担当します。
具体的には、お客様の経営層、事業部門、システム部門に対してアプローチし、お客様が必要としているテクノロジーや実現したいことを正しく理解する。IBMの価値と差別化のポイントを理解し、部門やビジネスパートナーを始めとする社内外の関係者と協業しながら、お客様へご提案を行う。日々変化する市場やテクノロジーの動向、国内外のIBMでの事例等を収集し、お客様にお届けするのが役割になります。

Required technical and professional expertise
• 法人担当営業の経験が3年以上あり、お客様の現場から経営層まで幅広い層でのリレーションシップ構築経験があること（コミュニケーションスキル）
• お客様の課題を正しく理解し、自社のソリューションで問題解決を実現した経験があること（コンサルテーションスキル）
• 営業として数値目標を持ち達成した経験があること（セリングスキル）
• 製造• 流通業界における知識• 経験があること（インダストリースキル）
• ITテクノロジーの基本的な知識• 経験があること（テクノロジースキル）
Preferred technical and professional experience
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（ビデオ会議• メール• 電話など）
