Supporting the manager with various demands.

Your role and responsibilities

Ensure that its service points operate in accordance with the regulations;

Ensure compliance with the quality indicators of all its service points;

Monitoring service agency performance indicators;

Creating action plans to meet performance indicators;

Carrying out training, follow-up and monitoring visits.

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Required technical and professional expertise
