O que você fará:
- Auxiliar na confecção de relatórios de nível de serviços (voltado para melhorias contínua de serviços do cliente - sistemas Equinix);
- Apoiar no atendimento a clientes via e-mail e telefone;
- Prestar suporte na melhoria contínua de relatórios e do processo onboarding;
- Apoio com a atendimento a outras áreas para resolução de demandas internas do time;
- Auxiliar no onboarding de novos clientes para apresentação do funcionamento dos portais Equinix.
O que você precisa ter:
- Ensino Superior cursando em Gestão de TI, Governança, Administração com ênfase em TI, Engenharia de Processos ou Produção;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido sendo 2 dias presenciais em Botafogo e os demais remotos podendo ser de 9h às 16h, 10h às 17h ou 11h às 18h;
- Inglês a nível conversacional intermediário ou avançado para atuar com a equipe global.
O que será um diferencial se você tiver
- Espanhol para lidar com a equipe Latam;
- Noções de ITIL.
