Introduction

We are seeking a strong Project Manager to drive end-to-end CSR program execution and delivery of Skills Build. Project Managers will partner closely with IBM Corporate Responsibility Regional leaders and be responsible for effective and outcome driven Skills Build implementations with our strategic partner organizations.

Your role and responsibilities

To drive end-to-end program execution and delivery of Skills Build. Owns the full lifecycle of program execution. Execute on the full project lifecycle with strong project management skills, including the creation and monitoring of work-plans, drafting, and managing communications, managing against milestones, managing prioritization, appropriately informing, defining scope, goals, and delivery processes.

Develop program implementation plans with milestones and contingency plans as needed.
Conduct learning and gap analysis, collecting data from key partner stakeholders, to determine and understand learner demographics, needs and desired outcomes.
Partner with Skills Build subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that the designed learning experiences align with the desired outcomes.
Recommend and implement delivery and project management process improvements to manage escalations, increase efficiency, and move learning delivery to the next level.
Evaluate program goals and objectives. Analyze data to develop, implement, and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency, and constantly moves learning to the next level.
Work closely with NPO partners to ensure quality delivery of Skills Build content according to India strategy for SkillsBuild.
Ensure meeting the program milestones and contingency plans as needed.
Ensure to maintain awareness of internal process and practices that have significant impact on various programs.
Own metric for SkillsBuild program and execution
Ensure alignment and compliance of Skills Build program delivery as per global guidance as well as India CSR Law
Request Proposal from potential organisations, review it and request alignment with CSR strategy and targets
Create program implementation plans with milestones.
Monitor and ensure alignment with the grant's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as stipulated in the grant agreements
Ensure timely reporting of grant milestones and verify the accuracy of reported data through internal reporting mechanisms
Be responsible for effective and outcome driven Skills Build implementations with our strategic partner organizations,
Partner closely with global teams/Consultant/NCVET/Program Managers on getting new course content roadmap and identifying new opportunities for learner ecosystem .
Ensure to get approval from NCVET for the courses as identified and finalised by the team.
Reporting to NCVET as per their format and timeline.

Skills and Competencies needed:

Project Management: Ideally PMI certified or holds similar industry-recognised project management certification. Self-organized with a keen ability to identify problems and develop solutions to complex challenges; be able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities at once, be able to synthesize and distil information from multiple inputs to develop a strong strategy & plan; must be willing to take

on strategic challenges and deliver solutions. Candidates with field experience will have a strong advantage.

Learning: A sound knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology and learning principles. Experience in CSR or NGO is a must, especially with a focus on workforce development

General understanding of the educational and workforce skills landscape: including non-profit enterprises, government agencies (especially those focused on employment and upskilling).

Relationship with partner organizations: Strong professionalism and stakeholder management skills. Can easily adapt to different environments and cultures. Customer / partner relationship skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

General Skills

• Minimum 8 years' experience in CSR/Sustainability/strategy roles

• Experience with education sector, digital (online) learning platforms and digital credentials

• Strong communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)

• Strategic thinking & program management expertise

• Strong work ethic with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed

• Team leadership and people management skills

• Intense curiosity to learn and willingness to be coached

• Drive, self-motivation and robust organisational skills are important
