As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, managing, and implementing offerings with a deep understanding of finance business processes and SAP systems. As a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide business outcomes and innovative solutions for solving challenging business problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP deep expertise in SAP Finance (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, CO, Reporting) with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (three specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with financial business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these finance processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Leadership and Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
  • AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Familiarity with other Finance Processes and SAP Modules: FERC, SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
