As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the deployment and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Collaborating with project stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensuring timely delivery of the project while maintaining high quality standards.
  2. Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing the SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning solutions according to client requirements. This includes setting up data migration rules, defining business processes, and conducting playbacks/walkthrough/system demos.
  3. Integration: Collaborating with the integration team for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning solutions with other SAP SuccessFactors solutions and third-party applications as needed.
  4. Testing and Validation: Working with the testing team thorough testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure it meets functional, performance, security, and usability requirements.
  5. Training and Enablement: Delivering training and enablement sessions to end users and administrators to help them effectively utilize the SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning solutions.
  6. Implementation Governance: Following established implementation governance policies and procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable, and compliant implementations.
  7. Post-Go Live Support: Providing post-go live support to address issues, questions, and enhancements related to the SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning solutions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning consultant
  • Strong understanding of Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Implementations
  • Certified SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning consultant
