Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). Au sein du pôle Digital HR vous serez en charge de la mise en place de SuccessFactors :
- Participation à des projets de gestion, implémentation et maintenance pour clients internationaux
- Recueillir les besoins du client et rédiger les spécifications
- Coordination des développements et paramétrage
- Contrôle mensuel de la règlementation et des procédures
- Elaboration des reportings ad hoc
Votre profil
- Formation d'ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent
- Vous disposez d`une expérience en SIRH en Cabinet de Conseil d'au moins 4-5 ans dans la mise en place/configuration de SuccessFactors
- Une connaissance du module Time est un plus
- Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais
- Fort attrait pour le monde des SIRH et du Conseil
