Your role and responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Salesforce Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be the technical expert on the Salesforce platform, leveraging the latest features and technologies to craft innovative solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that showcase the art of the possible with Salesforce and IBM technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Development:
* Design and develop innovative Salesforce solutions that meet customer needs and showcase the art of the possible.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the latest features and technologies.
2. Demo and Proof of Concept Development:
* Create compelling demos and proof of concepts that showcase the value of Salesforce and IBM technologies.
* Develop and deliver customized demos that meet the specific needs of customers and prospects.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure demos are aligned with customer needs and sales strategies.
3. Technical Expertise:
* Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the latest features and technologies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce and IBM technologies, including new features, products, and innovations.
* Provide technical guidance and support to sales, marketing, and product teams on Salesforce and IBM technologies.
4. Customer Engagement:
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and showcase the value of Salesforce and IBM technologies.

5. Sales Support:

* Experience with IBM technologies, including Watson, Cloud, and AI.
* Knowledge of IBM integration technologies, including API Connect and App Connect.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
