### 主な業務

プラットフォームエンジニアとしての典型的な一日は以下のようなものが挙げられます。

• 最新のハイブリッドクラウドスキル（AI、アナリティクス、DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastracture as Code, オートメーション、セキュリティ、ネットワーキング、ストレージなど）を活用し、業界の深い専門知識と顧客のビジネスを理解する
• 技術的にも商業的にも、IBMのテクノロジーのユニークな価値を定義し伝える
• Red Hat OpenShift、IBM Cloud Paks、Kubernetes などのパブリッククラウドやハイブリッドクラウドのテクノロジーを含む技術セッションに参加する
• ソリューションアーキテクトと協力して、顧客と共創した価値仮説をアジャイルに具現化して検証する
• 本番環境への導入を容易にするため、顧客のターゲット環境に焦点を当て、プラットフォームのベストプラクティスに沿ったソリューションアーキテクチャーのアドバイスを行う
• デプロイメントチーム(デリバリー、カスタマーサクセスマネージャー)と協力しプラットフォームアセット(再利用可能なコード等)と情報を提供することで、顧客のシームレスな移行を実現する

3. デプロイ自動化：アプリケーションやインフラのデプロイ自動化ワークフローの構築経験 (CI/CD, DevOps等)
4. クラウドアーキテクチャー：様々なクラウドアーキテクチャーの顧客向け技術ソリューションチームに参加した実績
5. アジャイル：アジャイルのベストプラクティスの理解と実践

Preferred technical and professional experience

1. ハイブリッドクラウドとオンプレミス：ハイブリッドクラウドおよびオンプレミス環境において、サイト• リライアビリティ• エンジニアリングまたはプラットフォームエンジニアリングなどの技術運用業務に1年以上携わった経験
2. 顧客との協力関係：組織内のあらゆるレベルにおいて、顧客との協力関係を構築した経験
3. ダイナミックなチーム環境：ダイナミックなチーム環境で、プロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、カスタマーサクセスなどのチームと横断的に仕事をした経験
