Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Contribute to delivery of payroll services in line with local legal regulations, corporate policies and procedures
- Participate in monthly payroll operations, including maintenance of employee records, execution of selected controls, and reporting
- Lead activities on internal projects, as required
- Cooperate with upstream and downstream processes, internal functions (primarily HR, Finance, Treasury, HR Accounting), and external suppliers of our payroll system
- Handle employee queries and other incoming questions/requests
- Help team collaboration and execution of activities on a country level
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and requests, where needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in a similar position or in the broader HR
- Knowledge of local payroll, tax and social security related regulations and best practices
- Hands-on experience in project coordination
- Strong focus on delivery timeliness and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent Polish and intermediate English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior work experience in international companies
- Practical expertise using Simple ERP, Workday and SAP Success Factors
