Your Role and Responsibilities
As Payroll Support you will be responsible for executing payroll processes for the assigned set of countries in any of the regions. The set usually includes one or multiple medium-sized or small countries and corresponding customer service. The set may also include responsibility for any centralized function. The assignment of countries or functions may change regularly to ensure the proper backup plan. People successful in this role demonstrate the ability to perform the tasks in compliance with existing procedures, strong customer focus as well as proactiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll data in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing, including data submission and payment releases.
  • Validate payroll inputs and reconcile output files.
  • Monitor compliance activities and report any risks.
  • Interact with employees, clients, and third-party providers for payroll-related matters.
  • Support year-end processes and other country-specific activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience in finance operations or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
