- Can perform all standard tasks as defined below under minimal supervision
- Customization and Configuration of Dynamics CRM from functional specifications.
- Should perform CE Functional activities E2E independently.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working with customers to facilitate the implementation and support of D365 CE modules using industry best practices
- Collaborate with customers to capture/document business requirements and conduct gap analysis, preparing pre-design documentation as well
- Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics CE Production, Supply chain, Demand forecasting.
- Defining D365 Customer Engagement /enhancement requirements for reports and business processes s etc. that a developer can use for D365 CE enhancements
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- D365 Customer Engagement/ implementation experience, with participation in all the stages of project lifecycle
- Should have worked on data upload / migration activity in D365 CE portal.
