Your Role and Responsibilities

- Guide the development of technical solutions for the client's business
- Evaluate organizational needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions and/or projects
- Evaluate organizational needs and pioneer the development of technical solutions and/or transformation
- Improve organizational efficiency by applying expert knowledge to resolve complex challenge

- Deployment of process control framework
- Documentation of end-to-end process operating procedures
- Perform end-to-end process mapping and propose solutions to eliminate non-value add activities
- Collaborate with client COE on process priorities
- Drive culture of improvement and innovation amongst IBM delivery team
- Identify transformation projects that will take process to best in class
- Drive process standardization, simplification and automation
- Benchmark performance / Maturity Assessment against industry on regular basis
- Provide inputs on tasks that could be centralized based on COE model
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- College Graduate - Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification, or similar is a plus
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement solutions for cross-functional projects
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions
- Excellent record keeping and above average writing and communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Preferably at least 10 years of experience in Order to Cash
- Experience in designing and implementing CI or transformation projects in OTC
- Adept in systems (SAP, Getpaid/ARCollect)
