Description and Requirements

Project manager will be responsible for driving and coordinating E2E OTC transformation initiatives and projects. This role is critical, to bring innovative and sustainable solutions into our processes and continue improving our efficiency and controls across diverse OTC financial processes to enable the company to meet all cash related targets.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Lead and support OTC projects, this includes a wide portfolio of multiple on going and upcoming initiatives across the globe.
  • Ownership of the definition of project scope and objectives, opportunities, and benefits realization, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring success of the projects.
  • Track and drive project performance using different project management methodologies such as: Agile, Scrum, Lean or six sigma.
  • Plan ahead, planning of short and long-term goals and develop appropriate /detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources across multiple functions and third parties/vendors/consultants for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs and risk assessment.
  • Communication, your communication and project updates will be towards high level leaders within the finance, sales and ops organization. Excellent presentation and negotiations skills is required.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our stake holders and third-party consultants.

You will report to WW OTC Director supporting global cash projects.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, OTC experience or other finance area experience is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience is a big advantage.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills are required.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Power- Bi or any other reporting tool experience is a plus
  • SAP, OTC platforms (FSCM, High Radius) experience is a plus.
  • Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on process improvement
  • Effective written and oral communication in English is required, Spanish/ Chinese language is a plus.
  • Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum education - Bachelor's degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
