Introduction
Position overview, mission
You will be involved in the project management of long-term comprehensive contracts with customers called OIO (IBM Open Infrastructure Offering Contracts) and IBM IT Sourcing Contracts.
The contracts are mainly with major financial, insurance and manufacturing customers and cover all products and services handled by IBM.
The majority of these contracts are direct sales contracts, but there are also cases where you will be working with Kyndryl and business partners.

Job Description
• The role of the Business Development Manager is to provide the customer with a solution to the customer's management issues, using all of IBM's products and services to develop a special offering to the customer from a medium to long-term perspective.

• Use Excel and Powerpoint, prepare documents for customer proposals, assist in obtaining special internal approvals, and collaborate with the operations team to improve the efficiency of organization operations.
• Provide contract maintenance management services to customers, including providing documentation with past contract history.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Sales experience
• Communication skills
• Teamwork oriented and able to contribute positively to others

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience of internal Brand SS or collaboration with each Brand SS.
• Knowledge and experience of internal direct sales operations and processes
• Experience in partner business
• Able to take on new challenges without being restricted by traditional sales activities.
• Communication skills (ability to explain rationale based on logical thinking)
• Experience in proposal writing and presentation skills
