Introduction
As a networking engineer, you will be managing one or more networking system technology areas, includes routers, networking controllers, bridges, and or networking software related to these technologies. This role also includes building proof-of concept solutions with networking system technology, architecting and implementing networking solutions to address client requirements. Also, this role requires you to work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or any vendor operating system software.

l Constant monitoring of the switches, upgrading when necessary
l Quick and logical solutions for critical problems
l Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
l Speak to customers/End users via email and phone for understanding and clarifications.
l Performs technical service and/or pre-sales support for Networking. Assists in engaging services activities including systems assurance, installation, account management, basic problem determination, discontinuance and relocation for network systems.
l In-depth knowledge of communication protocols and routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF).
l Strong Service & Business Mind.
l Ability to work independently & Collaborate in team work.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
l 5+ years experience in network product support (Cisco, Juniper, F5, etc), design, implementation & build of large-scale data centers of complex networks, including network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools.
l CCNP or equivalent (CCNP/JNCIP, CCIE/JNCIE certification, or equivalent would be a great plus)
l Possesses experience with System, Hardware or Server
