As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Your Role and Responsibilities
- You collaborate with product designers and other developers to deliver solutions fast
- You ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- You are excellent at problem-solving, able to adapt quickly and take initiative.
- Writing clean, scalable, maintainable code;
- Participate in discussions of system architecture;
- Actively contribute towards the committed evolution of our technology stack, to industry best practice;
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working in an agile team (Scrum or Kanban)
- Understanding of a combination of flavours of modern software development methodologies and processes; Agile, CI, CD
- Bachelor's or Master's degree: Engineering/Computer Science related field
- Fluent in English
