Introduction
The Marketing tool administrator role will be responsible to evaluate current state of campaigns and successfully migrate the application data of existing campaigns to the target system.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- You'll collaborate with a team of administrators to capture and manage application data and metadata for campaigns within the marketing tool-this is not about social media campaigns or content creation for brands. This is for Fortune 500 Industry Leaders Customer Value Management Teams.
- You'll be responsible for lifting and shifting marketing campaigns from the current system to the upgraded one, ensuring the transition happens smoothly.
- You'll conduct thorough testing of each campaign in the new system, ensuring all configurations work perfectly before launch.
- You'll generate detailed reports that show campaigns are running successfully in the upgraded environment, keeping the project on track.
- You'll be troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed, leveraging your technical skills to resolve issues during the migration and regression testing phases.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Education: You're a fresh graduate or in your final year of a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with client-server architecture and system administration, particularly in Linux environments, is key.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all technical aspects of the campaign migration are accurate.
- Team Player: You can communicate effectively and work well in a technical team environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous experience with system upgrades or marketing automation tools is a plus, but not necessary.
