Your Role and Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be part of the zDIH product development team in India Systems Development Lab as a Java Backend developer, working closely with a development team. As part of this role, candidate can apply deep technical skills in Java domain for the development and implementation of complex software solutions. He / she will be part of a highly skilled, friendly and innovative global team. He / she will contribute to IBM's intellectual property portfolio. Candidate can grow further into Sr Developer, a highly respected technical role. Employees in this role create / use design feedback to design & devlop the code and implement. They also ensure that the code is implemented , unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product by the team of developers following the best coding practices and technical skills. Employees focus on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Deep hands-on expirence in Java , Springboot , JDBC/ NoSQL and having knowledge on kafka is added advantage
- Software problem solving and diagnostic skills
- Expertise in latest technologies and key market requirements - Cloud, AI, DevSecOps
- Agile and DevOps development techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally
- Passion towards development of team members and product quality / deliverables.
