Your Role and Responsibilities
Garage team Project Leader who leads concept planning and project proceeding, co-creating with IBM's clients.

• Concept planning
• Visualize client's visions and business chances in duration of a few - 10 years.
• Business designing with design thinking
• Implementation of agile, lean startup type value verification, MVP definition, evaluation, planning of roadmap.

• Business negotiation level of Japanese (speaking/writing/listening/reading)
• Project designing skill based on both experience and design thinking, agile, lean startup.
• Workshop design and facilitation like ideathon.

• Skill of visualization e.g. Illustrator
• Deep listening skill
