Description

The Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a Sr Endevor Administrator.

We are in search of a Senior Endevor Administrator to join our CMS MiSP team. This opening will support contracts at the Centers for Medicare Services.

The candidate will work remotely or at a Leidos office.

Day to Day Responsibilities

The candidate will assist CMS with administering Endevor application to support the version control of applications in the development and validation environments. The candidate will create, maintain, and delete systems, subsystems, types and troubleshoot user issues with the Endevor product, analyze new versions for upgrade compatibility, maintain package definitions, shipping destinations and libraries, utilize z/OS utilities, and collaborate with application projects and other administrators.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with the IBM z/OS utilities; ISPF, SDSF, JCL, VSAM and the ability to learn the administration of Endevor.
  • Extensive experience Performing Endevor Administration Services.
  • Extensive experience coding and supporting applications written in COBOL.
  • Extensive experience providing technical support and troubleshooting with developers/users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with customers, team members and management.
  • Excellent written skills.
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization/project.
  • Ability to negotiate and compromise to convince internal and external parties to accept concepts, practices and approaches of the area.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the Centers for Medicare Services Fee For Service Environment

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of hands on experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience performing Endevor administration
  • CMS experience preferred.

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

All candidates supporting the CMS programs must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior in order to be considered.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
