Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery execution of the contract, ensuring all Scope of Work, Service Level Agreement, and Key Performance Indicators are met.
  • Ensure adherence to all audit requirements and compliance with Business control guidelines and Key Control over Business requirements.
  • Manage team performance, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
  • End-to-end talent management of large delivery teams including hiring, training, retention, engagement, growth, and development of teams.
  • Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Responsible for managing cost and achieving Cost Take-out targets with a focus on achieving price case profit margins.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Ensures the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and adept client relationship management.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations efficiently, implementing preventative measures to minimize future risks.
  • Lead the creation of POCs & SOPs to validate marketing strategies and collaborate on innovative solution designs tailored to client needs.
  • Develop compelling responses to RFPs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and crafting strategic solutions.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure smooth project initiation and transition by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables with client expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis during the discovery phase to inform strategic direction and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate/post-graduate with15-20 years of experience in digital marketing, leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in executing client contracts and managing service delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign automation, email marketing, and customer journey management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Adobe Certified Expert certifications are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud and AI-powered solutions.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate global projects (working hours - 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST).
  • Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
