Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic sourcing activities related to client requirements
  • Understand multi-commodity strategies and execute in accordance with strategy
  • Execute competitive bids, conduct data analytics, understand market conditions
  • Negotiating pricing and contract terms with suppliers
  • Analyze changing client/market conditions - benchmarking and predictive analysis
  • Perform detailed analysis of spend and other data to identify cost reduction opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements (eliminate, simplify, and automate)
  • Supplier performance management and supplier relationship management.
  • Key stakeholder interlocks
  • Analyzing existing legal contracts, compliance management (Supply Chain Risk Management)
  • Language skills: English (preferred: Japanese / Chinese / Mandarin)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ Years in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Related role (if you speak English solely). If you speak Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin but you have less than 3 years experience in related fields, let's have a discussion.
  • Studies in the following areas: business, supply chain, data analysis, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Fluent English skill for oral/written communication
  • Proficiency in office software such as excel, word and power point. Good communication skills. Good analytics skills. Good team player. Presentation skills. Comfortable with change, capable to adopt to the changing business environment. Innovative mindset.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Self-driven in your area, you own it.
  • Looking for Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin language skills.
