In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
IBM Consulting's Learning & Knowledge area is responsible for developing the skills of more than 3,000 professionals. We are looking for students who can help us with the following tasks:
- Updating training statuses.
- Generating metrics and dashboards to help with decisions and improvement actions, reporting errors/inconsistencies found and resolving them with the global team.
- Use of Mural, Monday, Slack, Outlook and MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Preparing reports related to professional training.
- Interacting with the global team, in English, to help resolve and direct training issues.
- Participate in meetings with the global team, in English, to clarify doubts and problems related to training reports.
- Automating Excel spreadsheets (with formulas or VBA).
- Looking for ways to automate processes and simplify daily work.
- Attendance and support for employees in Brazil via Slack, emails, phone calls or events.
- Supporting face-to-face events (reception, attendance list, printing, general activities, etc.).
- Sending announcements, ecards and emails in Portuguese and English.
- Updating our web pages.
- Monitoring professional certifications.
Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
Undergraduate students who will graduate in December 2026.
