Introduction
As Digital Project Manager, you are empowered to bring forward the best experiences for our clients and their customers. You will need to have keen sensibilities for business and service design, and can break down complex problems into expertly crafted solutions to connect the dots between our clients' business vision and product requirements. You will be at the center of driving our clients transformation: to identify their business challenges and opportunities; to define their experience strategy, to conceptualize user journeys, and to create digital products to accelerate their business goals.
This position will have responsibility for the end to end experience design and execution, leading customer research activities, social listening, and conducting stakeholder interview and brainstorming workshops. Subsequently, you will be responsible for devising the client's experience strategy to fulfil goals in customer acquisition, retention and advocacy. And, working in collaboration with our business analyst and product engineers, to develop solutions and continue to evolve and iterate designs in an agile manner. Teaming between practitioners, client resources, and third party partners is critical to this role.

Your Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage both internal resources (onshore or offshore resources) and 3rd party vendors for smooth delivery of projects
• Responsible for managing teams at cross country level, this includes business & technical teams (Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Teams, UX/UI Designers, Testers)
• Able to manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implementation projects
• Lead and manage the team to complete release planning and transition to BAU for implementation projects
• Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage project changes such as scope, schedule and costs
• Proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation plans
• Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
• Support pre-sales activities from proposal construction to presentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • • Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting
    • Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
    • Strong technical background and project management skill
    • Strong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile
    • Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects
    • Excellent client facing and communication skills
    • Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and global business units
    • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change with a strong awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
    • Comfortable dealing with 3rd party vendor
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
    • Certification on Project Management will be an advantage

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Mural and etc.
  • Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client
