Job Summary:
The Digital Project Manager is our day-to-day person responsible for making sure the "trains run on time" for all their client engagements. They will manage all tasks, milestones, key delivery dates, project plans and client status updates in collaboration with optimization directors, development, design, and analytics colleagues to ensure that everything gets done in a proactive, orderly and consistent fashion with a high quality output.
They will do all of this with a smile and a smooth, yet confident touch that leaves their colleagues always wanting to deliver for them. This ability to hustle between multiple engagements and conflicting deliverables allows them to provide our awesome, Fortune 500 Clients with real data and actionable insights so they may make revenue impacting decisions based on the validated learnings derived from our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates campaign timelines for the client and manage client expectations throughout delivery
- Key participant in weekly, monthly, and quarterly client meetings sharing operational reporting, KPIs, and drives project improvement opportunities
- Leads, manages, and coaches the campaign management and operations team on-shore and off-shore with shared focus on growth of existing skillset
- Collaborates with Marketing & Content Strategy and Planner, Release teams, Client and related Marketing Services teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Recognizes opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services; leverages SMEs across the organization to aide in sales opportunities
- Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness as it relates to campaign operations and execution
- Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages resource utilization and forecasting demand; ability to prioritize based on client's business goals
- Participates in knowledge sharing across multiple practices, specifically with other Content, Campaign or Experience Program Managers

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in digital project management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an agency or a client-facing environment
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of equivalent experience
Bonus Points If:
- 3+ years experience in digital project management
- 1+ years experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
- Technical expertise within personalization, A/B testing, content management and web analytics tools.
- Have experience managing consumer web development projects
- Have experience managing A/B testing efforts and / or web analytics projects
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 62,100 -$104,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
