Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Branching and Release Management: Advise on branching strategy for R3 code release, manage development branches, PR approval, merge process, and deployments into QA and Dev environments
  • Access Control and Permissions: Define and manage Adobe AEM ACL permissions in collaboration with development teams and TCI, including modifying group permissions within AEM.
  • Environment Setup and Configuration: Oversee the Dispatcher setup with standard and site-specific configurations for Toyota.ca and Lexus.ca, and configure web consoles (OSGI, OKTA, etc.).
  • API and Connectivity Management: Coordinate and troubleshoot connectivity between AEM servers and external services (e.g., MuleSoft, BazaarVoice, Stripe, Cludo Search, etc.).
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system jobs, troubleshoot server-level performance, and manage content sync in non-production environments.
  • Hypercare and Go-Live Support: Collaborate with TCI to define hypercare exit criteria, prepare the go-live readiness checklist, and provide input for ongoing support models.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Technical Leadership: Advise on the branching strategy for code release, ensuring alignment with IBM's technical leadership.
  • Collaboration with TCI and AMS: Work with TCI to prepare hypercare and go-live readiness, while coordinating with AMS to validate third-party API connections.
  • DevOps and CI/CD Management: Develop and implement DevOps pipelines and templates to support CI/CD activities, ensuring deployments align with TCI DevOps guidelines.
  • Dispatcher and AEM Configuration: Lead the setup and configuration of Dispatcher rules and site-specific settings, manage bundle uploads and web console configurations.
  • Cutover Execution: Lead the cutover execution process in collaboration with TCI and Adobe MS, ensuring seamless migration and deployment.
  • Documentation and Support: Provide necessary documentation for non-production environments, including installation of custom content packages and performance analysis.
