Your Role and Responsibilities
- Automation & Scripting: Develop, implement, and manage automation scripts and tools to streamline processes and increase productivity across the software development lifecycle.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and reliable deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues across environments, ensuring high availability and performance of our services.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
- Experience with IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
