Your Role and Responsibilities
1- Work closely with the client and teaming partners to gather and review informtion to formulate an action plan for the client
2- Build strong client relationships to understand their business and become a trusted partner
3- Identify areas within the client environment to grow IBM business
4- Continue to maintain and update skills based on new technological innovations
5- Lead technical solution discussions with clients and peers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Provides experience with:
• Reviews of legacy data flows and models undertaking analysis to propose rationalization of data in accordance with NATO policies and initiatives.
• Elicits and documents artifacts including conducting impact assessment and developing trace matrices.
• Organizes and shares relevant data, documents and information including references, architectures, policies, reports and regulatory requirements.
• Applies knowledge to iterative drafts of governance model artifacts driven by evidence and structure for future exploitation.
• Collects and analyzes strategic level data using PESTLE or alternative and agreed upon methodology.
• Collect, analyze and upload data from relevant documents and information to the CAP DEV Portfolio Management Office and as necessary to other knowledge managemnt portals.
• Contribute to the production of Common Funded Capability Development Model artifacts including development of Operational Requirements Statements, Capability Requirements Briefs, Capability Programmimng Plan for CES and when required, other areas of Digital Backbone.
• Assist with preparation of and participate in discussions, meetings and workshops as necessary, including but not limited to the taking of notes and minutes, the presentation materials, read ahead briefs, point papers and collection of reference documents and materials.
• Provide weekly 1 page report of reviews and analysis conducted, including issues identified and inputs recommmendations and solutions to solve the issues.
• Provide presentations and additional documents as required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance from the US Federal government
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience as a Solution Architect (10 years)
• Experience with data analysis (5 years)
• Excellent communications skills.
• AWS or Azure certified.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Good communication skills verbally and in writing and has ability to interface with the customer.
• Experience with hybrid multi-cloud target architecture and operating model
