Your Role and Responsibilities
- Advise and Coach business leaders on execution of HR priorities showcasing attributes of a "great" HRP
- (i) proactively provide action based data insights
- (ii) provide strategic advice and counsel
- (iii) apply leadership coaching
- Effectively execute HR programs to enable growth
- Improve employee and manager experience.
- Participates and acts as ambassador in HR technology projects.
- Represents IBM as needed to external parties such as government organizations, Professional Associations and is able to hold presentations and speak in public easily.
- Manage employee and labor relations, compliance and crisis management
- Ensures operational excellence according to Greek legislation and labor law

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven work experience as HR generalist/HRBP of at least 6-8 years.
• Strong coaching influencing, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Shows enthusiasm about Technology
• Energetic Agile and Ambitious
• Good knowledge of local employment law
• Fluent Public Speaker /Strong writing skills
• Fluent English
