In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
En tant que Consultant(e) stagiaire en Data Science, vous contribuerez au développement de Proof of Concepts (PoC), Minimum Viable Products (MVP) et Projets autour des technologies d'IA Générative. Vous participerez à des projets variés, allant de la mise en place de plateformes de GenAI au fine-tuning de modèles d'intelligence artificielle, en passant par la conception et l'intégration de solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.

La GenAI s'applique à des nombreux domaines. Si vous connaissez les principes de base de la formulation chimique : Stœchiométrie, propriétés physiques (Ph, viscosité, solubilité, etc.), processus de formulation, cela vous avantagerait particulièrement pour certaines missions dans le groupe IBM.

Localisation : à Bois-Colombes (92), avec possibilité de déplacements en France et en Europe.

- Étudiant(e) en Master 2 ou école d'ingénieurs agrées CTI
- Dans le cadre de ces missions, nous recherchons une personne capable de prendre en charge les aspects techniques liés au développement de solutions d'IA générative :
- Programmation avancée en Python et utilisation des frameworks IA (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Développement de projets en intelligence artificielle générative.
- Manipulation et fine-tuning de modèles pré-entraînés (LLM, Fondation models, etc.).
- Implémentation de pipelines Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Maîtrise des outils de MLOps (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Connaissance des services cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) et de leurs applications pour l'IA.

En parallèle des compétences techniques, ce poste requiert une grande aisance dans les interactions avec les clients et les équipes internationales :
- Capacité à interagir avec des clients pour présenter des solutions, vulgariser des concepts techniques, et s'adapter aux besoins métiers.
- Compétences en communication dans un environnement international (anglais courant).
- Autonomie et proactivité dans la gestion des projets.
- Curiosité et envie d'apprendre pour rester à la pointe des innovations technologiques.
