Introduction
Providing WW pre-sales support to WW Kyndryl teams, on passport advantage portfolio of products and parts, using existing extensive knowledge of IBMS DSW /PPA product suite. Liasing with IBM exec. account teams and Kyndryl employees. The role will require you to work within a diverse geographically located team, therefore you will be need to be able to work under pressure, independently, part of a team and adhere to strict client deadlines. Providing technical configuration services, solution design and support for all elements of the Passport Advantage portfolio and distributed software product suite.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Produce complex pricings and configurations using SQO, CPQ, FastPass, Product Lifecycle, Product Pages, New Kyndryl parts, PA online, SASC, Sales Configurators, WLE Good working knowledge and use of OneNote, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Slack, Outlook, Teams. IBM Terms (License Information documents),IBM Offering Information and Passport Advantage licensing PVU's RVU calculators. Provide detailed technical information to advise & assisting contract administrators in identifying and correcting IBM records pertaining to PPA/DSW products. Reviewing entitlements to ensure validity. Provide technical product information including interoperability and compatibility, version and release positioning.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Create complex pricing solutions for new system designs, taking into account the customers' current IT infrastructure vs the proposed solution provided. Have a good understanding of PA support options, included extended and sustained support. Identify the advantages and disadvantages in the pricing models for the best solution depending on proposed solution. Acurrately advise on withdrawn products and replacements Stay up-to-date with new announcements and be ready to adopt them in this rapidly changing environment. Effectively hold discussions regarding licensing strategies and product positioning with customers and IBMers world-wide. Communicate with product specialists and team with current information updates. Build training tools and mentor new specialists. Design and implementation of request generator for input of all incoming requests to team. This includes testing and working with development teams and education for our customers. Collaborate with teams within IBM (Q2C, Brand, Project Office) to close complex issues for our customers. This includes depooling, reactivation, product substitutions, appliance refreshes, part number issues, pricing discrepancies, unbundling, and offboarding, ect

Strong Technical licensing knowledge of Passport Advantage products and parts for the following: QRadar, Guardium, Pure Data, AI ,Watson,Tivoli ,DB2 ,Spectrum, Security products,Information management,Dev/ops (Rational) , Knowledge of Cloud Pak for Security, Integration, MultiCloud Management ,Business Automation, Data, Cognos, SPSS, Analytics

Good project management skills to ensure all clients needs are met on time and to their satifaction.

Forward thinker who will vigorously analyse processes, making recommendations for process improvement for the benefit of IBM and our clients.
